Tips For Clean and Clear Skin
The desire for a clean and clear skin is inherent in every woman. We all desire that glow in our skin and admire it when we see one who possesses it. It should not just end as a desire as it is actually achievable. All we need do is take the right steps, and clear flawless beautiful skin will be ours
To achieve this we must:
a. Drink right: Water cleanses our system and keeps us hydrated. Consistent intake of water of at least 1.5 to 2 liters a day, will help detox our skin of impurities.
b. Eat right: Once in a while, we all get tempted to eat processed foods, but if acne free clear skin is your goal, you must reduce eating junk foods, processed foods and high fat sugary foods as well as reduce caffeine to the barest minimum. Eat meals rich in fatty acids like salmon, sardines, almonds and pumpkin seeds These foods help skin retain water, which makes it glow. Whole grains like beans, oats, quinoa, brown rice and millet are great for removing excess fats and impurities and fruits and green vegetables are also good, as they flush out toxins, which helps maintain skin health.
c. Never skip washing your face: After a long day, washing your face is not an option, its a necessity. Doing so helps remove excessive dirt, unclogs pores and allows the skin to breathe. Ideally take off make up first then wash your face thoroughly. Follow with the appropriate toner/astringent for a deep cleanse.
d. Moisturise: Always make sure you use the right moisturizer for your skin and fir your skin issue. For example if you have oily acne prone skin that has spots and discoloration. You would want to use an acne treatment cream or serum at night and follow with a cream that helps fade the dark spots.
Taking these few simple steps will make your skin glow, and in the nearest possible time clear flawless skin will be all yours.
