How To Take Care Of Your Hands
Taking care of our hands is very important because your hands can spread germs easily to other part of your body. Like your face, your hands function as bridges to the world. You shake hands when you meet or greet someone for the first time and when you seal a deal. Your hands express your affection to those you love. They soothe sad children and those suffering from illness. In any case, whenever you’re interacting with others, your hands will probably spend some time in the spotlight. You use them for complex maneuvers and lowly chores.
Below shows us how we should take care of our hands;
1. Washing your hands; Wash your hands properly. For best results, use warm water and a brand of soap that is antibacterial. When washing your hands, run them under warm water to effectively rid your skin of unwanted germs and bacteria. Start by rinsing your hands and then applying soap. Rub your hands together for at least 20 seconds. Don’t forget to put some effort as you rub! Cleanse between your knuckles, on the back of your hands, your fingernails, etc.
2. Moisturize; Use the Cookieskin Nourishing whitening cream to moisturize your hands after washing and drying your hands or use the Brightening body lotion and also the complexion SPF50 should also be applied on your hands when your out, especially when your driving because of the hands gets exposed to the sun. The Cookieskin Nourishing cream is very portable and could be carried everywhere inside your hand bag. Even guys need to moisturize because no girl likes dry hands.
3. Manicure; Try to get a manicure every once in a while. You don’t even have to get your nails painted if you don’t want to, You can just ask the person doing your nails to put on a coat of clear polish. Manicures really help your hands and help to nourish your nails.
4. Sanitizer; Keep a small bottle of hand sanitizer in your purse or bag hand sanitizer kills most (but not all) bacteria and viruses on contact. They also work well against fungi but not against bacterial spores. Having soiled or greasy hands, as from gardening or cooking, makes the products less effective because the grime creates a barrier to them.
